部屋が狭い。トイレは引き戸で、下水のにおいが強烈で、部屋に充満して不快だった。

アクセスしやすい場所にあります。伝統を感じる建物です。

建物がとても古く、立派にも見えますが、部屋には埃がつもっていたり、ところどころで気になる部分がありました。スタッフもチェックイン時は強面で愛想の悪い人でした。ただし、チェックアウト時は気さくでフレンドリーな方でした。

Excellent staff. Courteous front desk and marvelous breakfast staff.

There is no lounge area. No evening meal facility. Parking (22euro a day) expensive. Room very small and bathroom even smaller

I will never come back to this hotel. It is NOT a 4stars. It is really old, dirty and we had cold water in the shower.

The location is awesome. Right at one of the busiest square in Maastricht.

The rooms are drafty. No special apparel. Outdated drapes en carpets. This hotel needs a huge leap in time.

Perhaps the fact that it did not offer restaurant was not good so had to eat out in the evening.

We booked a room with a kitchenette so we could save money by cooking our own lunch and breakfast. But the hot plates were not plugged in and I had to pull out the fridge to get it working. One knob was broken and it took way too long to heat up the hot plates and one did not even get hot enough to boil the kettle for water. So we ended up having to eat out which costs us extra money that we could not really afford.

We were here accompanying our daughter for her foreign student exchange. The hotel was near to her school the masstricht university. The restaurants n shops were just opposite e hotel! A very good location I should say, n indeed we extend our stay from 3 days to 10days due to e convenience and also e staff here were quite friendly!

Superb location in the city centre, very comfortable room, spacious and well-equipped bathroom.
